Our “Hi-Level” Sponsorship Packages combine your membership fees, advertising, sponsorships and event registrations into the best value for your company. Get early bird registration, previous year pricing where applicable, guaranteed advertising space and many more perks by enrolling as a “Hi Level” Sponsor.

Setting up your Hi-Level Sponsorship with HEAT in advance, eliminates time consuming back and forth conversations throughout the year and makes sure you don’t miss out on your favourite opportunities.
These Sponsorship Packages are completely customizable, allowing you to set a budget that works for your company in advance. No more having to scramble to get tickets or wait for approval – it’s all done once a year and you can pay in 1, 2 or 4 instalments – whichever works best for you!
We do our best to accommodate changes after the fact and are open to substitutions throughout the year. We appreciate your contributions and want to enhance your experience in any way that we can.

PLEASE!
Please note that in response to the results of our Hi-Level Sponsorship program survey, we will continue to offer first right of refusal to companies who would like to keep their previous sponsorships. Selecting a sponsorship does not guarantee that it will be available but we will do our very best to offer something similar if it has already been spoken for. The exception to this rule is that we will now rotate the inside and outside covers of our directory, due to waitlists for this opportunity.
First right of refusal will be available until Monday, December 6th, at which time any opportunity that has not been confirmed, will be made available to a new sponsor. Wednesday, January 8th, 2025 will be the last day to commit to a 2025 Hi-Level Sponsorship
