How We Have Helped R&M Plumbing and Heating
In 2018 I started working with R&M Plumbing and Heating. They have been in business since 1988, servicing Winnipeg and its surrounding area.
Until 2018, their business grew from word of mouth and very little advertising.
In 2018 they decided to start building an online business because of the changing dynamics of advertising. Word of Mouth alone wasn’t cutting it as it used to. So in conjunction with word of mouth, they decided they needed to build their online presence.
Website Design
I built their business website using WordPress as the backend system and Elementor as the system that controls the overall layout and other functionality. The website is entirely custom designed and is continuously updated.
I also designed the business logo used for their branding and added it to all marketing messages and advertisements.
Google Review Cards
To help increase today’s version of Word of Mouth, I help R&M Plumbing and Heating create Google Review cards they leave with their customers. This strategy helped R&M Plumbing and Heating achieve a lot of positive reviews on Google that ultimately helped them increase business.
Social Media Marketing
To help them reach new customers, I have designed advertisement social posts that are shared on Facebook and Instagram. Posting these social posts has helped generate constant business for R&M.
